Learn and improve your shimmies in one week, practicing for just 15-20 minutes a day.

The program includes:

  • 1 Warm Up
  • 1 Stretching routine
  • 15-17 minutes video practices for each day of the week

During the seven days, we will work with different shimmies, learn their names, work with different techniques and exercises to improve them. Combining some of my favorite tips and tricks for a relaxed and dazzling outcome.

On the seventh day of the program, we will combine all the moves learned, in to a sassy and fun choreography!
